Daniel Marrack returns to town after 20 years to set up a surf cafe. But not everyone is pleased to see him return. In a small town, gossip is big and gossip suggests Dan is a killer. Is it just gossip or is there some truth to the suggestion the he is a killer. Time will tell. Mark Penwarden is the main person who wants Daniel out of town, but in trying to run Daniel out of town, he's big mouth may have the opposite effect.
